A wedding is the ultimate public expression of love between two people - a day in which they join their lives in the company of their dearest friends and family. Not only is it a celebration of romantic love, but of life and the bonds we share with others. A wedding is an event that, more than any other in our lives, we long to memorialize in pictures.
In photographing weddings, I aim to capture the love that the couple and their guests radiate. My goal is for the wedding album to reflect the full richness of the day with beauty, humor, and sensitivity.
Working in black and white and color, I shoot generously so that the candid moments -- as well as the formal photographs -- are as varied and unique as possible. In addition to thoroughly documenting the bride and groom throughout the day, the members of the family, wedding party and guests are photographed in interesting portraits and candids.
